So my mom brought a bunch of my old stuff up for Kadree to play with. She found one of my high school drawings. I signed it 2001, because I faintly remember I had a Lion King phase my freshman year, but I'm not sure.
If I remember correctly, this is a portrait teenage Simba, before he had all of his mane. I don't think I used any references back then either. Most of my Lion King drawings were off the top of my head. Looks like just pencil and colored pencils, too. Yah sure his colors aren't accurate, but maybe I didn't have the right colors to my disposal back then? I dunno, it was years ago, no critiques! Haha!
I wish I could find the rest of my Lion King art. I had TONS! Several of Scar, too. Dang.
