My chalk art piece from the event. I asked if I could use her BEAUTIFUL piece "Wanderer" in chalk.
This chalk art event was probably the hardest I've ever done because of the rain. I showed up Friday night to work, half way through it rained like mad, not giving me enough time to tarp it. The next morning, all my detail work had been washed away, leaving only a slight shape of the color I had done the day before, and (thankfully) some of the line art. It was tough to basically start over, but I did it and finished in my normal time with plenty of time to spare. Didn't place in any category, but it was a lot of fun and I'd do it all again in a heartbeat, rain and all! (Well maybe not... XP)

Copyright and all credit for the piece belongs to =Lhuin. She gave me permission to use her art as a reference. I own nothing. I just recreated her piece in chalk.
