Skyward Sword - Master Sword Prop

EDIT (5/3/12): Upgraded the blade! Since I knew what I was doing, I did it in about 3 hours, same steps, though instead of cardboard as a base, I used balsa wood. Much stronger and longer! I also gave the entire thing a new paint job.

It's still not perfect, but its better than it was for sure!

Enamel and Aerosol Paint
Craft Ribbon
Christmas Ornament (cut in half)
Butter Knife (to hold it all together)
