A young traveler takes shelter from the rain in a large cavern. Much to her surprise, a dragon is also taking shelter. She's startled at first, but soon realizes that the dragon means her no harm.
Quickly they bond over the camp fire. They spend hours waiting out the rain together as she tells him stories of her adventures and travels.

Been a while since I've drawn up a big fantasy illustration! This started out as a simple sketch I drew in church earlier this year. You can see a few WIPS here and here.
