This was last summer vising Wolf Mountain Sanctuary, in Lucerne Valley, CA, its an amazing establishment where you get the rare opportunity to go inside and interact with the wolves face to face!

SURROUNDED BY WUFFERS! Again, these are all one year old puppies! It's amazing how huge they are for only being one year old!}

I went to the Shy Wolf Sanctuary in Naples Florida the last enclosure we went to a wolf named Dancer she was so sweet I say down on a tree root and she licked my face

Woah, that black wolf makes me realize how large wolves really are. I love the fact, too! They're such powerful creatures (:. I think I'd love to do something like this one day! (I was thinking of someday adopting a Bat Earred fox to take care of for the zoo) Haha, and since this wolf sanctuary was in Lucerna Valley, I kinda wish I was still back in Cali XD.

Okay I was wrong D: Istas didn't lost his mate. Or did he... I don't know T_T I was there like 4 years ago. But I'm loving the photos. You do the wolves some justice

Yeah, Istas is only a year here. It had to be some other wolf. If you look on their website, it shows an "In Memory Of" section of their lost wolves. They might mention it.
